Music City: VPF's Signature Annual Fundraising Event

Every year Vantage Point hosts a rare opportunity to be a part of an intimate dinner and performance with Nashville Hall of Fame songwriters who tell the stories behind their famous songs and play their top singles. Music City Meets the Holy City happens in Charleston, SC and our Music City Meets the Lowcountry happens in Bluffton, SC each November the week of Veteran’s Day.

in 2025, Music City will be on the move! We’re excited to announce two new stops: Music City Meets the Reedy River in Greenville on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, and Music City Meets the Tiger Town in Clemson on Thursday, February 27, 2025

Don’t miss these unforgettable evenings of live music, community, and support for our veterans. To sponsor, attend, or learn more, contact Keri at [email protected]. Join us as we bring the magic of Music City to new audiences!

Induction into the Nashville songwriters Hall of Fame is one of the nation’s highest songwriting achievements, since 1970, the Hall has enshrined some of the greatest writers ever to put words to music in Music City. In 2024, Pat Alger, Kent Blazy, and Gretchen Peters are coming from the Music City to the Holy City to assist Vantage Point Foundation in its mission to support our state’s post 9/11 veterans and spouses. Between them, they have written too many top 20 singles to list—but their most acclaimed tunes are noted below.
